The first model of Zhiji Automobile will officially start accepting reservations during the 2021 Shanghai Auto Show. It is reported that the new car will have three body colors of "Dianna White", "Repin Black" and "Raphael Tea" to choose from, and the maximum range can reach 1,000 kilometers.
According to previous information, Zhiji Automobile 's first all-electric car has a body size of 5000*1960*1485 mm, which is larger than all-electric models on sale such as Xiaopeng P7 and BYD Han.
"Repin Black" is named after the famous drawing artist Repin. Because of Repin's magic charcoal, the sketch has life and level. Zhiji officially claims that this black is "like flowing liquid graphite".
"Diana White", inspired by the ancient Greek moonlight and the imprint of the mountain goddess Diana, is looking forward to presenting the user with a pure white like the moon.
Looking at the appearance of the new Zhiji car, the styling continues the unique common design concept of pure electric vehicles. The closed air intake grille is adopted on the front of the car, which enriches the visual effect of the car. On both sides of the front of the vehicle, there are also headlights that consist of LED light sources for better visibility at night.
At the rear of the vehicle, the new vehicle uses a continuous tail light, and the interior is embellished with LED light sources. At the same time, the line design at the rear of the new car is very spacious and looks very full.
Zhiji Auto will deploy a full LCD instrument panel, a central control multimedia touch screen, and a co-pilot full-screen LCD connected to a continuous triple screen design similar to that of the recently pre-sold Lantu FREE. This central control screen can also be adjusted up and down and is expected to be set at different heights depending on the driving mode.
Zhiji claims that it is capable of achieving highly assisted driving. The new car is equipped with NVIDIA Xavier (30~60 TOPS), 15 high-resolution vision cameras, 5-millimeter wave radars, and 12 ultrasonic radars. The fusion detection solution can detect the entire scene, horizon, and road condition; at the same time, the new car will also support NVIDIA Orin X (500~1000+ TOPS) and 3 lidar upgrade functions.
In terms of performance, Zhiji's first new car will be equipped with front and rear dual motors with a maximum power of 400 kW, maximum torque of 700 N-m, and acceleration from 0-100km/h in just 3.9 seconds.
In terms of battery life, the new car will come with a 93 kWh battery as standard, and the high-end version will have a 115 kWh battery. It is reported that Zhiji has also collaborated with CATL to develop a new type of "silicon-doped lithium supplement battery", which will further increase the capacity density of the battery, and the maximum battery life of the first product will reach 1,000 kilometers.
It is expected that the new car will reveal more details during the Shanghai Auto Show and will be delivered in mass production at the end of this year. Another all-electric SUV model will be launched next year.
