Range Rover announced a two new mild-hybrid diesel engines from Inginium series for the Evoque in European market. Both engines uses a belt-driven starter motor and 48-volt battery.
The first engine has 161 hp and the second one can pump out 197 hp. The 161 hp model is a 2.0-liter unit that ables the Evoque to hit 100 kph in 10.1 seconds for the FWD version and 9.8 seconds for the AWD version. The more powerful variant which is called D200 AWD can provide the acceleration of 7.9 seconds for the Evoque.
Range Rover also updated Evoques cabin by adding new Pivi infotainment system, Cabin Air Filtration system, Rear Collision Monitor and a 3D Surround Camera.
Pricing for the updated Range Rover Evoque starts from $42,167 in the U.K.
