When a car costs more than $2 million, you'd expect the carmaker to provide nearly limitless options for personalizing the vehicle. Automobili Pininfarina is accomplishing exactly that by offering the Battista in a staggering 13.9 quintillion different external configurations. The Italian business is revealing the first customized order to demonstrate that no two all-electric hypercars will be similar. It appears to be inspired by New York City and comes in a beautiful blue color with an exposed carbon fiber body and delicate red and white embellishments.
The manufacturer has not released inside pictures, but we've been told that this Battista has black seat upholstery with navy accents and white seatbelts. Automobili Pininfarina has incorporated brushed metal finishing and claims that buyers may choose from 128 million different interior combinations. Those who do not like this look can opt for a very different-looking hypercar painted in one of the 56 exterior colors that do not have the bare carbon aspect.
There are several options available for an extra fee that dramatically alter the appearance of the Battista.
With 1,874 horsepower and 2,300 Nm of torque on tap, it's effectively the most powerful automobile ever manufactured in Italy, and thanks to a huge 120-kWh battery, it can go 500 km on a single charge.
The quad-motor electric beast is expected to be one of the fastest hypercars ever built. It will accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in less than two seconds, 200 km/h in less than six seconds, and 300 km/h in less than 12 seconds on its way to a top speed of 350 km/h, which isn't bad for an EV.
