Toyota introduced the Toyota RAV4 PHEV for the European market and now we have official specifications of the car. The Toyota RAV4 PHEV (which is called RAV4 Prime in the U.S) uses a 2.5-litre Hybrid Dynamic Force petrol engine alongside two electric motors and an 18.1 kWh lithium-ion battery.
The total output of the Plug-in hybrid powertrain is 306 hp that enables the car to hit 100 kph in 6.2 seconds. The average fuel consumption for the RAV4 PHEV is only 1.01 l/100km and its CO2 emission is 22g/km. The RAV4 PHEV also offers 75 km of EV driving range. The cars is able to reach the top speed of 135 kph on EV mode.
Standard features for the RAV4 PHEV include 230 V power output, Toyota multimedia system, Apple CarPlay and Toyota Safety Sense.
the Dashboard is to cluttered with info symbols & lights covering other symbols cruise control butons too crowded, would be better on a seperat stalk MyTapp requires much development it is very hard to navigate around I don't Like auto central Locking set as a defaultCVT is excellent Lovely car to Drive
