VW introduced the first edition ID.3 for the UK with a base price of $49,000. In terms of pricing, the ID.3 1ST Edition seats between Tiguan Allspace and Tuareg. It is also about $2,000 cheaper than the Tesla Model 3 Standard.
The ID.3 uses a 201 hp electric motor with 310 nm of torque. The car can run from standstill to 100 kph in 7.3 seconds and can hit the top speed of 159 kph. The 58 kWh battery pack allows the ID.3 to travel 418 km with a single charge. The car also supports a 100kW fast charger that can provide 290 km of driving range in 30 minutes of charging.
