See How Covid-19 Affected Lexus, 2020 Sales Result Revealed

In 2020 the car market heavily attacked by the Covid-19 pandemic and most automakers Experienced a hard time because of a big decrease in their sales. Today Lexus announced its 2021 global sale result.

From July to December 2020 Lexus sold 718,750 units worldwide which shows a 6% decrease compared to the previous year. from January to June Lexus sold 304000 units which are 16% lower than the same time from the previous year. also from July to December Lexus could manage to sell 415000 units which were still 2% lower than 2019.

North America Lexus sold 297000 units which are 9% lower than the previous year. in Europe, Lexus sold 71000 units which still shows a 19% decrease compared to 2019. Japanese domestic Market Lexus sold 49000 units which are 21% lower than the previous year and in the Middle East it managed to sell 27000 minutes which is 18% lower than 2019. the only Market that Lexus says showed an increase in cell result in 2020 was China. Lexus sold 225000 units in China which is 11% more than the previous year.
