Toyota unveiled new teaser photos from its third generation of Sequoia. This big SUV could be considered as sibling of Tundra due to the many shares that they have. Toyota will unveil the vehicle just in some days.
By the new photos of Sequoia, we could just see the rear of this car. They focus on the hatchback and a little of the rear bumper. The metallic touches on the handle and horizontal taillights. Also, the name of the car on the hatchback door gets lit by the covered LED under the handle. That all we can get from these pictures. There was also another teaser, which insisted on the rear pillar with its sharp lines. The side glass is a slight upturned kink.
On the website, Toyota made a 3 slot place for the “Coming Soon” cars. So, maybe we have the chance to see more teasers just before debut. Like some photos from the front view of this SUV. We don’t have many ideas about its look but know it would be like Tundra. So, expect to see a large grille and Y-shaped headlights.
Interior of Sequoia in the case of similarity to Tundra, would have an 8.0-inch display and maybe for higher level trims, 14.0-inch screen. And three rows of seats for this big SUV.
The power of this vehicle would be provided by a twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter V6 with 389 horsepower (290 kilowatts) and 479 pound-feet (649 newton-meters). In the case of customized order, the i-Force Max hybrid powertrain is possible too. That one would make 437 hp of output and 790 Nm. Both rear- or four-wheel drive is possible.
On 25th of January, we could see the new Sequoia. Just before 2023, this car will be available in dealerships too.
