Nissan may be facing tough times, but it’s not giving up on its luxury brand, Infiniti. The company is bringing out several new or refreshed models, with the 2026 Infiniti QX60 leading the way. However, it seems Nissan is working with a tight budget, as the updates to the QX60 aren’t as major as those seen in similar vehicles.
For 2026, Infiniti is adding a new Sport trim to the QX60 lineup. This version focuses mostly on style, not performance. It keeps the same 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine introduced earlier. This engine has 268 horsepower and 286 pound-feet of torque—slightly less horsepower but more torque than the older 3.5-liter V6. A nine-speed automatic transmission is still used, with all-wheel drive for the Sport trim and optional front-wheel drive on other versions.
To help the Sport trim stand out, Infiniti gave it a more aggressive-looking grille, black exterior accents, 20-inch wheels, and a small “S” badge. Interestingly, the rear Infiniti logo has been removed from the Sport and the high-end Autograph trim. The Autograph also gets a refreshed front grille.
Infiniti says the design changes were inspired by the bigger QX80 SUV. Updates include an illuminated front logo, new LED lights, lower rear reflectors, and redesigned side skirts. The rear bumper’s top section is now painted to match the rest of the body. Even the base Pure trim now gets larger, 20-inch wheels.
Higher trims like Luxe and Autograph have new wheel designs and other features. The Autograph trim even includes a light display that projects the Infiniti logo and patterns onto the ground when you unlock the car. A new Deep Emerald green paint is available, and the Sport and Autograph trims come in a two-tone look with a black roof.
Inside, changes are small. A new Stone Gray interior is offered, and the Sport model has blue leather seats with a black interior theme. The lower trims get simpler materials. Infiniti doesn’t mention the Sensory trim for 2026.
The top Autograph trim can be equipped with ProPILOT Assist 2.1, a driver assistance system for highway driving. Higher trims also come with a surround-view camera, and upgraded audio systems with up to 20 speakers.
The 2026 QX60 will hit dealerships this summer. Most versions seat seven, but the Sport and Autograph trims include second-row captain’s chairs. Pricing will be announced soon, but the current model ranges from about $50,000 to $66,000.
