China Evergrande Group introduced a new luxury electric car called Hengchi 1. Hengchi 1 is part of the Chinese automakers plan to build 6 electric cars. The automaker claims that this plan will make it the biggest and the strongest electric vehicle group in the world within five years.

Hengchi 1 is a D-segment luxury electric sedan that is designed by Anders Warming who has worked for Mini, BMW, and Borgward before. From the pictures, it is possible to distinguish modern LED headlights, tesla inspired hidden door handles, and big alloy wheels. Hengchi 1 also uses rear-facing cameras rather than conventional rear-view side mirrors.
