Ford F-150 Australian Pricing Announced

Soon, Aussies will be able to order the Ford F-150, the best-selling pickup truck in America. The starting price for a Ford F-150 XLT SWB or LWB is AU$106,950 and AU$107,945 respectively. The 3.5-liter twin-turbo EcoBoost V6 engine that powers the SWB and LWB variants produce a remarkable 399 horsepower and 678 Nm of torque while connected as standard to a 10-speed automated transmission.

The SWB has a 1,676 mm bed and a 3,683 mm wheelbase, while the LWB has a 1,981 mm bed and a 3,987 mm wheelbase.

Local buyers with more money can splash out on the F-150 Lariat. It may be purchased starting at AU$139,950 in SWB form and AU$140,945 in the LWB form. The XLT variant's wheelbase, bed size, and powertrain characteristics are shared by the Lariat, but it comes with a ton of extra goodies to make it feel even more luxurious.

The F-150 XLT has a ton of features and isn't really a "entry-level" model. A 12-way power-adjustable driver's seat, a 10-way power-adjustable passenger seat, an 8.0-inch infotainment screen, power-adjustable pedals, a seven-speaker audio system, an 8.0-inch digital instrument cluster, dual-zone climate control, cruise control, Ford Pro-Trailer Back-Up Assist, and a number of safety features are all included.

The Lariat trim includes additional features like a premium mesh grille insert, chrome appearance package, twin-panel moonroof, heated and cooled front seats, heated rear seats, a 12-inch infotainment display, an 18-speaker Bang & Olufsen audio system, a 360-degree camera, and intelligent adaptive cruise control with stop and go, among others.

Customers will have the option of Oxford White, Agate Black, Iconic Silver, Antimatter Blue, Carbonized Grey, or Rapid Red regardless of whether they purchase the X-150 XLT or Lariat truck.
