Seat has launched the 2021 refreshed version of the Seat Ateca compact crossover in the U.K. The facelifted Ateca pricing starts from $31,590 with a 1.0-liter three-cylinder gasoline engine that can produce 108 hp.
Standard equipment for the facelifted Ateca are LED lights, a new set of 17-inch alloy wheels, Keyless entry and start, dual-zone climate control, rear parking sensors, leather-wrapped steering wheel, 8.25-inch infotainment system, Bluetooth, wireless charging pad, cruise control with speed limiter, smartphone integration, and tire pressure monitoring system.
One trim higher is called the Ateca SE Technology and it comes standard with 18-inch wheels, a 9.2-inch infotainment system, and the Seat Connect.
The next trim is FR and it adds different 18-inch wheels, tinted rear windows, ambient lighting package, Grey grille, aluminum pedals, microsuede front sports seats, the Convenience Pack, and paddle shifters in models equipped with the DSG transmission.
If buyers opt for the FR Sport trim they will get extra goodies like 19-inch wheels, power front seats, fully digital instrument cluster, and heated front seats.
The Ateca Xperience adds a reversing camera and Safe and Driving Pack while the Xperience Lux adds a 360-degree camera, Side Exit Assist, and power tailgate.
For all trims, buyers can opt 1.5-liter TSI engine with 148 hp or a 2.0-liter TSI engine with 187 hp. The 2.0-liter TDI diesel engine is also available with 113 hp or 148 hp versions. All engines can be ordered with manual or automatic DSG transmission.
The range-topper Cupra is also available with $52,115 and it benefits a 2.0-liter TSI gasoline engine with 296 hp under the hood. The Cupra variant adds and sport body kit, 19-inch wheels, black brake calipers with the ‘Cupra’ logo, a 9.2-inch infotainment screen, a 360-degree camera system and twin exhaust pipes.
