Exclusive Maserati Grecale Edition Offers Bespoke Style and Fuoriserie Options

Stellantis has found a creative way to maintain interest in its Maserati lineup by continually introducing new special editions. This approach has long been a staple of the Modena-based brand: take an existing model, apply distinctive colors, refine the interior, and give the resulting version a name that evokes a sense of luxury and exclusivity. Following the recent release of the Grecale Tributo Il Bruciato and the slightly refreshed Folgore with an extended range, Maserati now presents the SUV in a new iteration called Lumina Blue.

Grecale Edition

The Lumina Blue edition distinguishes itself primarily through bespoke cosmetic enhancements, leaving the core design and performance specifications untouched. It begins with the Modena trim as its base, though Stellantis has also shared images of a version that appears to be derived from the standard Grecale. The exterior receives a striking purple paint Maserati calls the “refined Night Interaction livery.” Black accents are used throughout the vehicle, emphasizing the grille, skid plates, side gills, door handles, window surrounds, and tailpipes. Complementing this look are 21-inch Pegaso wheels, yellow brake calipers, and matching Trident badges on the C-pillars. For the apparently simpler version without Modena badging, the differentiating elements include chrome touches and alternative alloy wheels, while still retaining the signature purple color and yellow highlights.

The cabin emphasizes luxury with premium leather upholstery available in either Chocolate or Ghiaccio tones. Both options are complemented by open-pore burl wood inserts adorning the center console and door panels, while a panoramic sunroof and stainless-steel pedals add further refinement. Standard comfort and convenience features in this edition include Matrix LED headlights, front seats adjustable in either 12 or 14 ways with heating and ventilation functions, a heated steering wheel, an electrically operated tailgate, and a 360-degree Surround View camera system.

Mechanically, the Lumina Blue remains identical to the regular Grecale. It is powered by a mild-hybrid 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing 325 horsepower. Power is delivered to all four wheels through an eight-speed automatic transmission, with a mechanical limited-slip differential managing torque at the rear axle to improve traction and handling.

Maserati has not yet disclosed pricing for this special-edition Grecale, though it is expected that dealers may be flexible depending on demand. For customers seeking even greater levels of personalization, Maserati’s Fuoriserie program offers near-customized solutions, allowing buyers to tailor their Grecale with unique materials, colors, and trims to achieve a more individualized vehicle.
