BYD has officially priced the new D1 model from 151,800 yuan. The new hatchback has been launched in a joint by BYD and Didi company and Didi Express will also use D1 in its fleet.
The car uses a permanent magnet synchronous motor with 136 hp and 180 nm of torque. With a 53.6 kWh battery pack, it is said that BYD D1 can travel up to 418 km by a single charge.
In terms of design, BYD D1 has big headlights with almost no grille and the BYD logo stands between headlights. The two-tone body color is also available. BYD D1 measures 4390mm long, 1850mm wide, and 1650mm tall with a wheelbase of 2800 mm which is good.
Stepping inside the cabin and you’ll find yourself in a spacious modern space. there are digital instrument clusters, pair of screens for rear passengers, a rearview camera, adaptive cruise control, and remote control.
