On the other hand, BMW tried to reduce the extra weight of the car. it is about 70 kg lighter than the BMW M5 Competition. There is no doubt that Carbon fiber was the main material to weigh it less. There is a lot of carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) in this vehicle. The hood, front splitter, rear diffuser, rear spoiler, all are made of CFRP.

But we know if you want to by a M5 CS in Germany you should pay at least €91,900 or $111,255. This price is about $8,000 more than what is announced in the US.
