Lexus has unveiled the 2025 NX, bringing forth a series of updates that, although relatively subtle, contribute to enhancing the overall appeal of the model. Among these updates, one notable addition is the introduction of the new Copper Crest paint option, injecting a fresh aesthetic into the lineup.

Beyond the new paint color, the 2025 NX also sees the inclusion of several additional standard features across various trims. Notably, these enhancements encompass rain-sensing wipers, a convenient power liftgate, and intuitive parking assist with automatic braking. Moreover, the Luxury grade now offers the option of a new Macadamia interior, further diversifying the customization possibilities for buyers.

Complementing these revisions are the inclusion of two USB Type-C ports in the front center console, catering to modern connectivity needs. Furthermore, all trims now come equipped with a wireless smartphone charger, ensuring convenient charging on the go.

Additionally, 18-inch wheels contribute to the NX's stylish exterior appeal.

Under the hood, buyers have a choice of four distinct powertrain options. The lineup includes a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine generating 203 hp and 249 Nm of torque, as well as a turbocharged 2.4-liter engine delivering 275 hp and 429 Nm of torque.

For those inclined towards hybrid technology, the NX 350h features a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine, coupled with a twin-motor hybrid system and a rear-mounted electric motor. This configuration not only yields 240 hp but also achieves an impressive combined fuel economy rating of 39 mpg.

Elevating the hybrid experience further, the NX 450h+ plug-in hybrid variant introduces a larger lithium-ion battery and an upgraded powertrain. As a result, drivers can enjoy a robust 304 hp output and an electric-only range of 60 km, offering enhanced efficiency and environmental sustainability.

In terms of safety, the 2025 NX comes equipped with the Lexus Safety System+ 3.0 suite, offering a comprehensive range of driver assistance features. These include All-Speed Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, Lane Tracing Assist, Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection, Road Sign Assist, Proactive Driving Assist, Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist, and Blind Spot Monitor with Rear Cross-Traffic Alert.
