Pagani has its most powerful car, Huayra Imola, with 827 horsepower out put in its records. But now some rumors say that wasn’t enough for Pagani. So, this company targeted to give more power to its new Pagani Huayra R. As the SupercarBlog.com claims, some specification of the new engine is revealed.
The regular Huayra has a twin-turbo engine but the racing model will possibly have a naturally aspirated V12 engine under the hood. As the Supercarblog reports, the engine is built by AMG and developed in collaboration with HWA. This engine is designed to experience over 9500 rpm and produce over 900 hp. That’s a huge output.
As HWA are the same people who participated in the Apollo Intensa Emozione (IE) which has also a V12 engine, it makes a question if this engine is used for the Huayra R or not. This V12 engine has 3.6-liter capacity and 780-hp power. But for adding 120 horse power to this engine needs big efforts. We hope that comes true and we be the witnesses of a great work.
This big engine has big “diabolic” sound too without any surprise. By the way, the other rivals like next Aston Martin Valkyrie are there to hit Pagani. The new Aston Martin has Cosworth 6.5-liter V12 with 1,000-hp power.
As Pagani announced, Huayra R will premiere on November 12. Till then we wait for more information and wish to see the big engine too.
