The 2021 SEMA Show is set to return to Las Vegas in early November, following a COVID-related cancellation in 2020. Mopar Performance will exhibit a selection of modified concept cars from Jeep and Ram equipped with different equipment.
Five teaser sketches have been produced, none of which reveal the entire picture. One is an old-school Jeep Gladiator with a grille guard, spotlights, and a flat bumper with stenciling on the right side, which looks quite militaristic from the front. Another Jeep photograph definitely shows a Rubicon's hood with off-road lights installed, but we can't determine whether it's a Gladiator or a Wrangler.
A third Jeep picture depicts the interior of a Rubicon Wrangler with what seems to be a modified roof with small windows, maybe for overlanding. The final two teaser designs both include a Ram pickup vehicle, although it's unclear whether they depict the same concept. The rear of a vehicle with a bed rack in full view is parked next to a tent in one shot. The other shot shows a Ram tearing through the dirt from the front. It might be a Hellcat-powered TRX, but because they are teasers for SEMA-bound ideas, anything could happen.
Mopar gave no further hints about what may be in store in a brief release regarding the teases. To that end, the statement did not specify how many automobiles will be on exhibit during the brand's Vegas show, implying that there may be more teases to come.
The Las Vegas Convention Center will host the 2021 SEMA Show from November 2 to 5.
