Mini has introduced a new version of the Countryman called the Mini Countryman Boardwalk Edition. The crossover actually revealed last December and now it is launched worldwide.
Mini Countryman Boardwalk Edition is based on the Countryman Cooper S while for the Boardwalk Edition, the automaker added some updates inside and outside. The main visual updates are Deep Laguna Metallic exterior paint that is contrasted by a black roof and side mirror caps. There are also a new set of 18-inch alloy wheels finished in black and LED headlights.
Other highlights are auto-dimming mirrors, black leather interior, Boardwalk Edition badging on the dashboard, standard Touchscreen Navigation Package, and Comfort access Keyless entry and start system.
Under the hood, Mini Countryman Boardwalk Edition uses a 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbocharged engine from BMW that can produce 192 hp and 279 nm of torque. The engine is connected to an 8-speed automatic transmission. Mini Countryman Boardwalk Edition can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.1 seconds.
Pricing for the 2022 Mini Countryman Boardwalk Edition starts from $38,365 for the FWD version and $40.365 for the AWD version.
