The Mercedes-Benz Maybach EQS SUV concept was formally introduced at the 2021 Munich Motor Show. The front fascia of the ultra-luxury vehicle is aggressive, with a huge completely enclosed grille. It is flanked by thin LED headlights. A star hood ornament, black body cladding, and enormous 24-inch wheels with a bowl-like shape are all present. Additionally, the model includes aerodynamically optimized running boards, full-width taillights, and flush-mounted door handles. The doors are entirely automated, and when the driver approaches, the handles lengthen.

The Maybach EQS SUV concept is only available in Zircon Red and Obsidian Black Metallic.

The EQS Maybach's interior incorporates a futuristic steering wheel and a full-width Hyperscreen display with a 12.3-inch screen for the front passenger. A floating center console, rose gold accents, white piano lacquer trim, and a “faux fur” floor covering are other highlights.

Two luxury seats are separated by an exquisite console in the rear passenger compartment. The latter has a flower vase, drink containers, and a high-tech armrest with an integrated entertainment system.

The company did not give many details about the concept but did state that it will be built on their new electric vehicle platform and will have a WLTP range of about 600 kilometers.
