McLaren has many cars which just reflect the racing sprit of the manufacturer. One of them is McLaren 765LT. This car is the 675LT heritage and also the sister of the McLaren 720S, the racing model. But anyway, it seems that Novitec is not satisfied at all, this German tuner, has modified this vehicle to improve it once more.
The McLaren 765LT has on default a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter powertrain. But as it was not enough for the Novitec, so by the new tuned car, we can not just see a new face of McLaren, but also the new performance upgrade on it, has improved the speed and power again.
Novitec presents its tuning in three different stages on this car. for the appetizer the plug-and-play N-Tronic control unit. This unit, which is the company’s invention, could improve the ignition and fuel injection and modifies the electronic boost pressure control to increase the engine’s output to 855 horsepower (629 kilowatts) and 662 pound-feet (898 Newton-meters) of torque. By this new output, the 675LT could accelerate to 100 km/h in just 2.5 seconds. The top speed of it is more than 205 km/h. (just slightly less than the 720S)
The other change on this car is the high-performance Inconel exhaust, which customers can further improve with 999 fine-gold plating. By this new exhaust, the sound of McLaren Novitec is clearly some thing special. The new 20 and 21-inch forged wheels are also significant. Novitec has 72 different colors in brushed or polished finishes option for the customers. The ground clearance of the tuned McLaren is some how less. Its about 20 millimeters nearer to the ground. As the consequence the center of gravity Is also lower.
And we should forget the main base of new taste of tuners, carbon fiber. Novitec has also used this beloved material on the 675LT. Upgraded aerodynamic pieces include the carbon inserts for the headlights, carbon fiber rocker panels, air intakes, roof scoop, hood, trunk lid, and more.
