Toyota Racing Development called TRD announced its upgrade package for the Lexus LC 500 which is a flagship current coupe model of Lexus.
TRD parts for extremely beautiful LC include side skirts, front splitter, black lip spoiler, rear diffuser, and carbon fiber reinforced plastic cowling. The later is only available for LC 500 Convertable version.
The cowling carbon fiber is not just for style, because the automaker mentioned that it can reduce wind noise inside the cabin. Buyers also can opt for the bigger carbon fiber wing rather than the lip spoiler.
Other highlights are new 21-inch forged aluminum wheels, aerodynamic side mirror covers, and sport dampers that can improve handling through the corners. It is yet unclear that TRD parts will be available outside JDM.
