According to a statement from Kia, the 'Edition' trim of the 2019 Sorento will be on sale in the UK market in July 2022. In essence, the new Kia Sorento "Edition" replaces trim levels 2, 3, and 4 in the SUV's lineup and combines them into a single variation.
The outside of the Sorento "Edition" has black highlights that go wonderfully with the three available body colors: White Pearl, Graphite, and Midnight Black. The hybrid and PHEV variants come standard with a pair of 19-inch wheels, while the diesel Sorento is the only vehicle to receive a set of 20-inch black alloy wheels.
The 'Edition' trim from Kia has all of the available choices because it improves on the previous top-spec 4 trim. Nappa leather upholstery, a panoramic sunroof, an adjustable head-up display, a power tailgate, remote smart parking assistance, blind-spot collision-avoidance assistance, a 360-degree around-view monitor, and a blind-spot view monitor are just a few of the features available on the seven-seater SUV.
The Sorento "Edition" also includes a wireless phone charger, a 12-speaker Bose premium audio system, a 10-way power driver's seat with lumbar support, and an integrated memory system, an 8-way power front passenger seat, front and rear heated seats, and front ventilated seats.
Whether Kia will use the same offering in the US is unknown and for the pricing details, we have to wait until the release date.
