This year, BMW will introduce additional 50 Jahre Edition M vehicles for a variety of global countries, complete with unique trim and extra equipment. The pre-facelift edition of the BMW 3-Series is still available in India, where it has been given the 50 Jahre M Edition treatment, despite the facelifted model's introduction last month. Based on the M340i xDrive, the special version honoring BMW M's 50th anniversary was created.

Dravid Grey or Tanzanite Blue exterior colors from the BMW Individual color palette are choices for the 50 Jahre M Edition. Additionally, it includes a set of Jet Black 19-inch alloy wheels, the M aesthetic package, an add-on rear spoiler, optional side sill extensions, and carbon fiber mirror covers. Blue, violet, and red hues are also used to frame the BMW symbol.

The M Performance steering wheel, several carbon fiber accents, and a unique keyfob are among available cabin options. There is piano black trim, as well as upholstery in black and blue with Alcantara inserts.

A turbocharged 3.0-liter six-cylinder engine with 382 horsepower and 500 Nm of torque is installed in the M340i xDrive. Eight-speed automatic transmission and the xDrive system distribute power to all four wheels, enabling a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 4.4 seconds. Additionally, the model has M Sport brakes, steering, suspension, and differential.

The starting price for the BMW M340i xDrive 50 Jahre M Edition in India is Rs 68.90 lakh, or $87,981. Along with the M340i for India, the M3 50 Jahre Edition and the M4 50 Jahre Edition for North America and other territories have previously been unveiled.
