Chinese automobile brand Baojun introduced new EV models called E300 and E300 Plus. Both mini EVs use 31.9 kWh battery which is enough for the range up to 305 km. by using a DC fast charger it possible to charge 80 percent of the battery in 4 hours. By 220V socket charger, full charge requires 15 hours.
Baojun E300 and E300 Plus feature a 53 hp and 150 NM electric motor mounted on the rear axle. Small city cars are able to reach the top speed of 100 kph.
The Baojun E300 is 2625 mm long, 1647 mm wide, 1588 mm high, and has a wheelbase of 1750 mm. While the E300 can carry two or three passengers the E300 Plus is able to carry four passengers. The later measures 2894 mm long, 1655 mm wide, 1595 mm high and its wheelbase is 2020 mm.
Extra features for Baojun E300 and E300 Plus include Electronic Stability Control, anti-lock braking system, electronic brake-force distribution system, hydraulic brake assist, and two airbags.
