This new and beautifully designed model is supposed to be the coupe version of another luxury product named Infiniti QX50. Rumor has it that Infiniti QX55, is going to be an appropriate opponent for BMW X4 and Mercedes Benz GLC Coupe. It will surely stand against them strong.
Well, originally, Infiniti QX55 was supposed to be debuted on November 11, but due to the crazy world we live in, it was rescheduled. Now the great reveal is only two days ahead of us and it takes place on November 17. These details were informed on the company’s official Facebook page through series of teasers. The company also declared that the new model is going to be presented by a famous singer-songwriter, Aloe Blacc (His stage name). His real name is Egbert Nathaniel Dawkins III.
On social media, Infiniti has created an official page, since the debut will take place online due to the pandemic. So, that’s where the magic happens, the Internet! There is a reminder set on the page so that the forgetful fans won’t lose the glorious moment of presentation. The teaser posted on the page gives us a sneak peek of Infiniti QX55 rear end. The C-pillar has been shown in rest of the company’s teasers as well. So, it is not something new, but the blurred sleek roofline draws attention pretty nice.
It seems like the association of the new model with Infiniti QX50, means that this one might have a turbocharged 2.0-litre inline-four engine, too. This engine produces 268 horsepower and 380Nm of torque.
