The 2023 CX-50 Meridian Edition will go on sale this fall at a starting price of $39,950, according to Mazda. A crossover with an emphasis on the outdoors, the Meridian Edition is based on the CX-50 2.5 Turbo. It has a matte black hood logo and Falken all-terrain tires mounted on black 18-inch alloy wheels. The variant also sports tough rocker panels with silver accents and black headlamp surrounds.
Terracotta leather seats with black accents, power heated front seats, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, dual-zone automatic climate control, an auto-dimming rearview mirror with HomeLink, a panoramic moonroof, a power rear liftgate, and a 10.25-inch infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are all included inside the cabin.

A 2.5-liter four-cylinder turbocharged engine with standard 87 octane fuel produces 227 horsepower and 420 Nm of torque to power the vehicle. On premium, the power increases to 256 hp and 433 Nm. The engine is supported by a six-speed automatic transmission and a standard all-wheel drive system regardless of the fuel used.
