Lexus has revealed that a limited edition Black Line variant of the 2022 RX L SUV will be available. The RX 450hL and RX 350L Black Line will be available in two limited-edition colors: Eminent White Pearl and Cloudburst Gray. These paint hues will be complemented by 20-inch black wheels with black lug nuts, black mirror caps, a black lower front bumper, and a black nameplate.
The interior of the three-row luxury SUV will be painted in black to contrast with the outside hue. The seats will be upholstered in black and white NuLuxe with blue stitching that extends to the shift boot, steering wheel, and top instrument panel.
To complete the appearance, the open-pore wood trim on the cottage will also be black.
The Premium Package for the three-row RX already includes finer wood trim, a Lexus Memory system, a power sunroof, and metal roof rails. The 290 horsepower 3.5-liter V6-powered RX 350L Black Line version will start at $52,030, while the 308 hp self-charging hybrid-powered RX 450hL Black Line edition will start at $55,290.
Lexus will only build 495 special edition cars for the model year. Lexus claims the 2022 RX L Black Line versions will be available in dealerships by the end of July, with 393 gas-powered vehicles and 106 hybrids produced.
