2021 Range Rover Velar Will Have Electrified Engines

Range Rover Velar, is a part of Land Rover’s model renewal plan. This beautiful car which will be offered with electrified engines, is a luxury SUV. It will also be presented with more upgraded features.

One of the improvements that Range Rover Velar has seen, is its infotainment system. It is called Pivi Pro and belongs to the carmaker itself. This specialized system has high quality graphics and many other functions. The menus are easier to work with as well. The display, is located in the center of the dashboard and it is 10 inches.

Pivi Pro shows more details on the maps and you will be able to use the applications and software easily. The good news is that Spotify is a part of this new infotainment system for the first time in Land Rover’s lineup. The Bluetooth can support two different devices, too.

Specifications

The improvements are not limited to the new infotainment system and display only. The 3.0-lite mild-hybrid engine (six-cylinder), will be offered with two different power outputs. Range Rover Velar P340, will have an engine that produces 335 horsepower (250 kilowatts), and the other version which is called P400, is equipped with an engine that generates 395 horsepower (294 kilowatts). People looking for a stronger performance, can get the second model. They both will be available with AWD system and air suspension by default. The MHEV, will get help from a starter-generator and a 48-volt battery pack.

The P400 model hits 60 mph in 5.2 seconds. There are also S and R-Dynamic S trims which will be offered with a 2.0-litre turbo engine. This engine produces 247 horsepower.

The optional air filtration system, the active noise cancellation system and a three-dimensional camera for surrounding, are among some of the other features.
