2021 Nissan Navara Revealed With New Features But No Specs Changes

Nissan unveiled the 2021 Nissan Navara pickup which is known as the Frontier in some markets like Mexico and South America. The 2021 Nissan Navara features a new design with its new grille, revised bi-LED headlights, new wheels arch flares and updated tailgate. Inside the cabin, changes are limited to a new steering wheel and an updated infotainment system.

Nissan improved safety features in its popular pickup so for 2021 Nissan Navara comes standard with safety features like Intelligent Forward Collision Warning, Intelligent Emergency Braking, and Intelligent Around View Monitor. The later uses four cameras to make positioning the pickup easier, especially when the driver wants to park a car or a car is towing a trailer. This system also can warn the driver about the upcoming obstacle during off-roading.

No Changes In Specs

Nissan has made no changes in the powertrain so the 2021 Nissan Navara will come with a current 2.3-liter four-cylinder diesel engine that pumps out 188 hp and 450h nm of torque. Just like now, the engine is connected to a 6-speed manual or 7-speed automatic transmission.

The new Nissan Navara also features a new steering system with better response, integrated step in the rear bumper, and strengthened rear axle in order to have better payload capacity. Nissan hasn't released any pricing detail yet.
