2021 Land Rover Discovery Revealed With New Features, Same Engine

Land Rover has revealed an updated version of the Land Rover Discovery SUV for the 2021 model year with an updated look and new engine options. On the outside, the 2021 Discovery features a subtle update because of its updated headlights and a new grille. Taillights and the rear bumper have been modified as well.

Inside the cabin changes are more with the new steering wheel, new infotainment system (that is similar to one we have seen on the new Land Rover Defender), new switchgear, and an 11.4-inch display which is larger than before. Land Rover also designed new rear seats that bring the second-row passengers more comfort. There are air conditioning controllers and air vents for the rear passengers.

Under the hood, the 2021 Defender comes standard with a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that pumps out 296 hp. Buyers also can get a 3.0-liter inline-six with mild-hybrid technology with 355 hp. There is a 3.0-liter V6 available as well with 344 hp.

Price

The 2021 Discovery will arrive in the U.S showrooms by the end of this year with a base price of $53,900.
