2023 BMW 3 Series is just debuted with attractive look. This sedan has been through heavy updates, and fortunately the result is so attractive. Agreed?

BMW with its controversial designs obtains people attention. But this time with the new design on 3 Series just presented a perfect luxury sporty sedan. The body design, along with interior both are harmonized. Also, the additional technology of BMW's iDrive 8 Operating System lifted it to the higher level.

Exterior, Muscular, Curvy, And Attractive

Yes! You heard it attractive. This sedan is debuted with perfected sized front grille. The 2023 3 Series doesn’t have the split headlights or deep-drive grille. However, the lower grille is a bit bigger. The corner vents are in L shape design. It goes with LED elements of the new headlights. No notches on the bottom lenses, a kidney grille and cleaner face.

However, the rear look is a bit too curvy. The taillight has the overall shape but thinner. The fascia is in L shape just like the vertically-oriented reflectors set into black housings. Two exhaust pipes come out of the fascia. The last touches on exterior are special retro-style BMW Motorsport roundels on the hood, trunk, and wheel caps for M340i models, in honor of 50th anniversary of BMW M.

Interior, Massive Display, Technology On Top

Inside this sedan is equipped with the massive curved display. The glass dashboard is just the frame of it. This massive display, contains driver instrument panel and center infotainment screen. driver gets 12.3 inches of digital real estate for vital information, with a 14.9-inch screen holding station in the middle. The slimmer vents and relocated climate control function are the other changes on this car. The shift selector for the automatic transmission is replaced with much smaller toggle lever.

When it comes to the technology, you should be aware, 2023 BMW 3 Series is armed with iDrive system now running OS 8. BMW says the graphics and menu structure incorporates a smartphone-style appearance, with functionality making more use of voice commands. More digital features, cloud-based BMW Maps navigation system and 5G connectivity. 10 digital devices are supported.

Powertrain, Same Beating Heart

Under the hood of this car, is the same options of all 3 Series. It includes turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine in the base 330i with 255 hp output. Also, the plug-n hybrid version of it for 330e, has the total out-put of 288 hp. The M340i will have BMW's turbocharged 3.0-liter I6 making 382 hp. Both mentioned vehicles have the xDrive all-wheel-drive system, and also for 2023, 18-inch wheels.

Price Tag

There is no news of official prices of 2023 model, but by comparing of last year models, you should expect higher price for 330i, as it was $42,445 and for the M340i also more than $55,695. The prices may be revealed in July.
