Hyundai Will Use Hydrogen Fuel And Electric Cars For Future Sustainability

Some days ago, Hyundai teased its new car based on hydrogen fuel. Now this company has again emphasized on the power of this sustainable energy and revealed the schedule for the future hydrogen burning cars.

This South Korean company by the 2030 wants to build cars which are in the range of the electric cars. By the Hydrogen Wave online event, they named the concept too. Its Vision FK concept. the car has a two-door sport car look and uses a 690 hp hydrogen powertrain too. It seems this car is even better than the cars with combined fuel cell energy. Moreover, it uses a rear-wheel-drive RWD, plug-in system and with a tank full of hydrogen can travel for 600 km. in less than 4 seconds it can hit 100 km/h as company claims.

The all show was not just about the Vision FK, but also there were other concepts too. The Trailer Drone is one of them. This vehicle is also hydrogen powered. The modular hydrogen tank system, which means some individual tanks, is employed in each particular journey. That means the single range of the travel can be extended to 1,000 km.

By 2028, this automaker will have many hydrogen- and battery-powered vehicles, but also the sub-brand will be used for the new fuel cell commercial vehicle for global release. They estimation is about more than hundred thousand sales per year.

The first step of this automaker is using two variant of 100-kW and 200kW cell system. Also, they will be about 50 percent cheaper than current FCEV technology and at the same time 30 percent more compact and twice powerful. Good for Hyundai.
