Nio has officially rolled out the 2025 Onvo L60 on September 19, marking the arrival of the updated model with a starting price of around $29,500. For buyers opting for the company’s Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) subscription model, the entry point drops to approximately 21,400 USD. This newest iteration of the electric SUV brings upgrades in energy efficiency, in-car intelligence, and passenger comfort. Customer deliveries are scheduled to begin between mid-October and late October.
For the 2025 version, Nio has introduced a series of fresh personalization options, including new exterior color choices, revised wheel designs, updated interior styling themes, and additional accessories like a foldable rear seat table. Existing Onvo L60 owners will also benefit from certain enhancements—particularly in energy optimization and smart cockpit functions—through upcoming over-the-air software updates. Visually, the L60 retains its signature closed-off front fascia, paired with a split-headlight layout and distinctive L-shaped LED daytime running lights. A standout addition to the color palette is the new “Dawn Gold” exterior finish, which can be combined with bright silver window trim and matching 20-inch silver wheels for a more refined and premium look.
Inside the cabin, all 2025 variants receive notable upgrades as standard. These include ventilated rear seats, an integrated hidden ETC module, and blue-light filtering technology applied to every display to reduce eye strain. Nio has also strengthened the SUV’s AI capabilities, adding spatial Q&A functions and improved assistance for rear-wheel-drive operation on slippery surfaces. For customers seeking an even more upscale interior, several optional packages are offered. These include Nappa leather upholstery in either Moon Brown or Cloud Rice tones, a Nappa leather-wrapped steering wheel, marble-pattern decorative trim, and the newly introduced folding table designed for the right-side rear passenger.
The mechanical setup remains centered around the company’s proprietary 900V silicon carbide electric drive platform. In its all-wheel-drive configuration, the system generates a combined 456 horsepower and 440 Nm of torque, allowing the SUV to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.6 seconds. Nio also states that once the Coconut 2.0.5 software update is pushed in late September, the rear-wheel-drive model will achieve an impressive CLTC energy consumption figure of 11.9 kWh per 100 kilometers.
To incentivize early orders, Nio is offering a suite of promotional benefits for customers who place a deposit and finalize their purchase by September 30. These perks include discounts on premium paint colors, exclusive wheel designs, and luxury Nappa interior packages. Buyers will also receive a zero-down-payment financing option with three years of interest-free installments, 144 complimentary battery swap credits, five years of free NOA navigation assistance, comfort-enhancing accessories, and 3,000 loyalty points as part of the launch campaign.
